We've been in the grass-fed, grass-finished business for a while now. We're constantly working on improving our herd, improving our land, and improving our business. We like our cattle--they are calm and friendly, and they do well on grass.
Our beef is the result of a couple simple equations--sun + water = grass. Grass + cow = beef.
No corn. No grain. No by-products.
This simplicity is good for our animals, for our land, for us as a family, and for you, our customers. We aren't forcing our animals to live in a way that isn't natural for them. We let our cows be cows--grazing and growing sustainably. This forces us to slow down as well. Cows "perform" better with grain, but that isn't necessarily susta

We farm the way we do for the long haul--what will our farm look like in 10 years, or 50 years, or 5 generations from now?
